Duo Condos 2 is a forthcoming pre-construction mixed-use condominium project developed by National Homes and Brixen Developments, located at 245 Steeles Avenue West, Brampton. This site is situated on the south side of Steeles Avenue, near the intersection with McMurchy Avenue South.

Phase 2 of Duo Condos features two modern towers, Tower B and Tower C, which will stand at 29 and 25 stories, respectively. The development offers both underground and surface parking and includes a total of 669 units, with 357 units in Tower B and 312 units in Tower C.
