Duo Condos 2 is a forthcoming pre-construction mixed-use condominium project developed by National Homes and Brixen Developments, located at 245 Steeles Avenue West, Brampton. This site is situated on the south side of Steeles Avenue, near the intersection with McMurchy Avenue South.
Phase 2 of Duo Condos features two modern towers, Tower B and Tower C, which will stand at 29 and 25 stories, respectively. The development offers both underground and surface parking and includes a total of 669 units, with 357 units in Tower B and 312 units in Tower C. The project boasts a combined gross floor area of 434,291 square feet, with Tower B enhancing the living experience by adding 4,187 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
